Oldham Administrative Solutions
Money is often a major stressor for business owners, but Jasmine Oldham has a knack for making it feel manageable. We first worked with Jasmine years ago when she ran her massage therapy business in Uxbridge, so we were thrilled to partner with her again for her new venture. Jasmine operates with a calm, values-led focus, and she needed a brand identity and digital presence that reflected that same sense of peace.
Logo Design
Jasmine came to us to polish an existing logo for her new bookkeeping business. After exploring two moodboards, we developed two custom logo concepts. While one was a clear winner for Jasmine, she felt uncertain about the initial brand colours she had chosen. Being that we LOVE playing with colour, we provided five variations, and she immediately connected with the golden yellow, teal, and mint palette. It completely transformed the visual identity! Jasmine was a perfect example of how keeping an open mind during the creative branding process often leads to an even better result than you first imagined.

With the new palette finalized, we developed a comprehensive Brand Style Guide to ensure Oldham Administrative Solutions looks professional at every touchpoint. For a bookkeeping business, consistency builds trust. We designed a full suite of logo variations, providing primary, stacked, and submark versions for maximum versatility.
To make her new look easy to use, we also created a custom email signature and a social media poster to help Jasmine formally introduce her business to the community with confidence. By defining the typography, colour hierarchy and more, we’ve given Jasmine a toolkit that makes her brand feel established and cohesive across every digital platform.
Website Design
With the visual identity set, we built a minimalist website focused on telling Jasmine’s story, defining her services, and making it easy for the right clients to get started. Because money and admin can be overwhelming, the site acts as a “deep breath” for stressed business owners through a clean, mobile-responsive design.
A high priority for Jasmine was ensuring every new partnership was a mutual fit. To support this, we moved away from a basic contact form and created a custom onboarding page. This “Get Started” experience allows prospective clients to share their goals and learn about Jasmine’s process upfront. By prioritizing user experience and transparency, we’ve helped Jasmine protect her boundaries while building immediate confidence with her future clients.

Reconnecting with Jasmine to help launch Oldham Administrative Solutions was a highlight for our team. She is such a kind, organized and easy-to-work-with person who was able to clearly communicate what she wanted but also trusted us to flex our creative muscles. Seeing her transition her years of experience into this new venture was inspiring, and we love that her new brand identity now truly reflects the quiet confidence she brings to the bookkeeping world.
