Sarafino Gluten Free Pasta
The Take Root team loves a good product packaging project! There’s just something special about seeing a design go from a flat screen to a store shelf that is totally cool and satisfying.
These labels were designed for Sarafino, a local importing and distribution company for natural and uncompromised artisanal products. We have been fortunate enough to design many labels over the years for Sarafino and these gluten-free pasta labels were one of our most recent projects with them.
The Sarafino team knew they wanted their gluten-free pasta labels to include a unique script font, bold colours and a sketch of each pasta type. We presented some of our favourite font options and landed on the perfect one – professional, but still packed with personality. The pasta sketches were carefully manipulated by our team to achieve just the right angle, opening and size for our pasta-loving friends at Sarafino. One added bonus of working on this project was learning the proper names of so many different pasta shapes! Now we can impress all of our friends at dinner parties…can you please pass the conchiglie?
